Kelli built Eagle after years in the foster care, teaching and school counseling settings. She leads with warmth and a deep understanding of what real life pressure actually looks like. She is a mother to 3 and married to her husband David for 18 years.

Anna spent a decade with the Baytown Police Department before moving to counseling. She specializes in trauma and first responder support. Under the supervision of Dr. Ricky Ertell.
